Medical workers in Kupiansk received Rarog bulletproof vests from the CFSR “Source of Revival” Foundation
The city of Kupiansk, located in the Kharkiv region, was liberated from Russian occupation in September 2022. Since then, the aggressor country’s troops have continued to systematically shell the town. Periodically, not only military personnel but also civilians are injured here as a result of enemy attacks. Local ambulance doctors have to work in dangerous conditions.
At the beginning of July, family doctors and nurses of the Kupiansk Primary Health Care Center (Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise) received 12 bulletproof vests manufactured by Rarog. They were purchased thanks to the efforts of volunteers from the CFSR “Source of Revival” Charitable Foundation.
These bulletproof vests provide protection against shrapnel. They are quite light, weighing only 4 kg each. This is extremely important, as civilian medical workers do not always have sufficient physical training to carry heavy military equipment.
The transfer of bulletproof vests to family doctors and nurses of the Kupiansk Primary Health Care Center was an extremely important event. Thanks to these protective measures, medical workers will be able to do their job more safely, saving people’s lives.
