This is a universal means of individual protection against shrapnel. This product is made from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has high strength, water resistance and flexibility. The ballistic solution according to STANAG 2920 guarantees shrapnel resistance with V50 parameters of 600+ m/s for Class 1 DSTU 8782:2018 and 700+ m/s for Class 2 DSTU.
In Vehicles
Can be placed between the driver and doors, or on the floor to protect legs from shrapnel.
In Open Spaces
Can be deployed and secured to the body using straps to protect against shrapnel while moving on foot or in an armored vehicle.
In Dugouts
Can be used to cover the entrance or window in a dugout to protect against shrapnel, as well as reduce visibility for the enemy.
Evacuation
The ballistic blanket has handles on both sides, allowing it to be used as a stretcher for carrying wounded personnel or equipment.
